A trailblazer in the sport, Alberto was one of the first Americans to move to Brazil in the 1990s to train directly with the legendary Gracie Family. He became the first American black belt from Gracie Barra, awarded by Professor Draculino.
A former King of the Cage and Ring of Fire Lightweight Champion, Alberto also competed on the world stage in the UFC.
In addition to his accomplishments in MMA and Jiu-Jitsu, Alberto is a Team Leader-level Coach with TacFit, bringing a deep understanding of functional movement and training longevity to his students.
